The University of Cape Town (UCT) remains the top university on the continent according to ShanghaiRanking’s 2022 Academic Ranking of World Universities.

The third Vice-Chancellor’s Inaugural Lecture for 2022 will be presented in-person by Professor Linda Ronnie at 18:00 on Wednesday, 28 September 2022. The lecture is titled “Women in Academia: Thriving or Surviving?”
